About Me

Hi, I'm Jacek. Thanks for visiting my website :) 

Here's a little bit of information about me:

I am a naturotherapist with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in sound therapy with the use of singing bowls and other vibrating instruments. The methods I use in my work follow the teachings of the original Nepalese sound healing masters Shree Krishna Shahi and Santa Ratna Shakya, brought to the West by the great Łukasz Mazurek. Over the years of practice I gained experience, acquired openness and developed insight that allow me to recognize the needs of my clients and adapt the therapy accordingly. In addition to sound healing massage, I also provide rehabilitation treatments with the revolutionary Schumann3d Platte, which is a novelty in Iceland, and I am second-degree Reiki channel. My treatments are characterized by peace and tranquility and the work I do with my clients brings relief to the body, mind and soul. 

Personally, I am a father of two amazing boys: Wojtek and Miłosz who are my great life teachers. I love cooking, music, beautiful places and having a good laugh. And I value freedom above all.
